01Who we are
This website is run by Comactix, a digital marketing studio based at 531B Peoples Colony No. 1, Faisalabad, Pakistan. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Comactix. You can reach us at info@comactix.com or on WhatsApp at +92 302 0673674.
02What we collect
When you book a strategy call. The form on our Contact page asks for your name, business name, phone / WhatsApp number, email (optional), the kind of business you run, the services you are interested in, your monthly marketing budget range and what you want to achieve. If you arrived from a plan on our Pricing page, we also note which plan.
When you contact us directly. If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to send, along with your number or email address.
When you browse. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to see aggregate figures such as page views, referring sites, country, device type and page-load performance. They do not use cookies and are not used to identify you. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.
03How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your strategy call.
- To prepare a recommendation or proposal for your business.
- To deliver our services if you become a client.
- To keep a record of enquiries and conversations for our own business records.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used and make it better.
04Who processes it for us
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing. A few service providers process it on our behalf so the website can work:
- Vercel — hosts this website and provides the anonymous analytics described above.
- Supabase — hosts the database where form enquiries are stored.
- Resend — delivers the email that notifies our team of a new enquiry.
- Google — serves the map on our About page when it loads.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
05How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records, and for the length of any work we do together. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
06Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@comactix.com or message us on WhatsApp and we will respond within a few working days.
07Security
The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to enquiry records is limited to our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
09Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
